    On Monday morning, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, 63, broke her left shoulder in fall at her home. According to a statement released by the court’s spokeswoman Kathy Arberg, Sotomayer will be wearing a sling for several weeks and have to undergo physical therapy for her injury.     Louise M. Slaughter, Liberal Democrat and Champion of women’s rights who represented an upstate New York district in Congress for over three decades, has passed away. She was 88 and in the midst of her 16th term in the House. On March 14, 2018, Slaughter was hospitalized at George Washington University after falling in her Washington D.C. home.     Earlier this week during Hillary Clinton’s visit to Jodphur, India she slipped and fell in a bathtub,  fracturing her wrist.
